How I Started:
It went from training in High School with my best buds at a local gym and being in tip top shape, than to being pregnant and gaining 100 lbs, than once again being in tip top shape 6 years after my son was born. Thrilled
Why I Love It:
Its an addiction, that is way to good for me!

Nicky, wow you have phenomenal muscularity and a very well balanced physique. Too lose a 100 lbs and create a champion winning look is trulky amazing and result of determination and hard work for sure. After 22 years in the military i have become very accustomed to time phase shifts in work hours. One thing i have discovered is the body shuts down to protect itself from the stress of the change. Once you get back to the normal time you will feel yourself explode and be stronger than ever.
Hey Nicky! You look awesome! Any shows coming up? I fell off the competition wagon a bit this winter, couldn't put on the weight. Still training at LA Fitness though. Have you been there?

Thanks so much for your advice... everyone on here has been amazing. I have always dreamed of doing a show... I am not sure what month the magazine is coming out. the shoot is Monday July 27... I have started carbing down.. uping water.. and added a second long slow fat burn cardio in the evening... someone else told me aabout diuretics... do you recommend.. or no? I will definetly let you know when the mag comes out! Thanks again!
any advice for me?? I was asked to do a photo shoot for oxygen magazine in 2 weeks.. not a lot of time to make abs pop.. carb deplete etc. anything you recommend to do before July 26? supplements.. what to do or NOT to do? any advice would be HELPFUL!!
