How I Started: It went from training in High School with my best buds at a local gym and being in tip top shape, than to being pregnant and gaining 100 lbs, than once again being in tip top shape 6 years after my son was born. Thrilled
Why I Love It: Its an addiction, that is way to good for me!
How I Stay Motivated: By seeing results and training in a dungeon gym with some hard core body builders, loud house music, and training with a no nonsense partner "Frankielats"!

Sick!!!!!!!!! 

To whoever catches the flu I feel for you.  For 3 months straight of been training like there was no tomorrow,  and now I am sick with the flu and allready it has set me back 1 1/2 weeks out of the gym.

  This flu sucks,  one minute I feel good,  next minute...

I am slowly going down on carbs, they are 50% less than what I was doing before. I feel like crap some days but I am giving it a chance this time around. Girl, your pictures are ill...look at all that muscle. Can i go train with you one day..lol

Right now I train young athletes for football...we call it no mercy traing and it takes up most of my time. For now I will just keep traing for strength, but thanks Nicky for the vote of confidence. Marky Mark

I was in a few power meets but you just block the crowd out. You have to use the crowd and feed off the reaction of the crowd in your case. I don't think I have that type of build either.
