What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
It's crazy(I'm writing this when I'm carb depleting,so perhaps I'll regret that later,sorry!)but I want to get a tattoo(or two)and I want to do bungee jumping,just once,before I turn 40( I must say that I'm afraid of heights,so I think that it'll be the best thing to do to face my fear).Anything else doesn't come up in my mind right now,so that's it.It's crazy(I'm writing this when I'm carb depleting,so perhaps I'll regret that later,sorry!)but I want to get a tattoo(or two)and I want to do bungee jumping,just once,before I turn 40( I must say th...more

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
I've posted some old pictures of me,they were made with a old camera,ot a digital one,so I had to scan them.In the first picture I was 22 years old, starting to get fat.In the second one,I was 23 and fatter, the third and fourth pictures are made when I was 25 and the fattest I've ever...
I lift weights 6 times a week,monday-back,tuesday-chest and abs,wednesday-quads,thursday-shoulders-t raps and abs,friday-biceps-triceps,saturday-hams and abs and Sunday it's cardio only.
Although I'm off season,I do my cardio sessions as usually.I eat a bit more right now and I train...
Hi Nicole! Do you have a secret plan to top yourself next year? It would be great to see you compete in some of the other contest here in Europe. You would rock the stage!
Hi Nicky! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog and your wonderful comments. I know of very few people who do not struggle with eating after the competition is over. You are certainly not the only person who must fight the extra pounds as they try to creep back on. In fact it sounds as if you are doing better than most people are. Keep up that champion drive to be your best!
TNX you very much Nicky,I really appreciate u taking the time to reply to my message! I will definitly try out your advise & let u know how it goes. Take care & stay in touch. :-)
Thanks so much Nicky. I am trying. I keep counting down the time left, like it's prison :( being homebound feels like it. But yep doing much better and only 4.5 months left!
