When I Started:
Aug, 2008
How I Started:
Picked up some weights and done some research.
Why I Love It:
Before I started lifting I was going quickly downhill. I was never the best behaved kid in school and when I hit high school things got worse. I started drinking at 13, most weekends. Me and my mates then started breaking into cars, stealing phones, ipods and whatever else we could get our hands on. I didn't really even know why I did these things, there basically was nothing better to do and it was a quick easy way of making money, by selling whatever we stole at school or to other mates. In my second year of highschool when I was 14 I got suspended from school, sitting at home with nothing to do I got bored. I started drawing and sketching random **** up on paper. That then lead to graffiti. I always enjoyed drawing and graffiti gave me a creative and different way of expressing myself, and if you were good enough it also gave you alot of respect amongst your peers. By the time i was 15 I was going out to partys alot and drinking every weekend. I was also able to get into pubs and gamble with no trouble at this age which didn't really help. I had stopped stealing by this stage, I think I just grew out of it a bit and bodybuilding definately helped me do that. I feel like bodybuilding saved me from all the **** I was getting into, it was like an escape which I could just leave my past behind me and have a reason to breathe. Noticing gains gave me a huge self respect and confidence boost. I started noticing the effects alcohol was having on my workouts, I was tired and dehydrated and there was no place for it in my goals. To this day, I no longer steal or drink, but graffiti has become like a hobby on the side. I wont write pointless tags all over your fence or shopfront, its more the pretty colourful pieces that can take up to hours on end that I enjoy and love, that can actually express feeling. Bodybuilding gave me a future.

He has made amazing gains and most important, naturally. The things he has overcome and resilience he has shown throughout a rough childhood inspire me. Hopefully one day I can reach the same stage he is at.
Greetings Nickoz. I saw the recent pics of you for this month. With respect, you haven't change much, but I see that you are doing a good job in trying to keep the lean and toned physique. Keep at it. Let me know if you need help with anything.
..and thanks for the compliments. I may look mean but I'm a nice guy in person. Besides bodybuildng, I also do rockclimbing, horseback riding, and western martial arts where I learn to hand to hand combat and use weapons like swords and quarterstaff the way ancient warriors from greece and rome fight.
Thanks again.
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want! Speacially ABS, pecs, arms and back! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Nice lean muscular physique kid. Wish I was like that when I was your age. What type of sports other than bodybuilding do you do if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks.
heyy,
ur fkn huge man haha, how long have you been workin out.
You know how you won teen bodybuilder of the week, did they give you a $50 gift voucher since u live in aus (i do to).
You bought anything with it?
pain that shippings like 22 bucks for protein tubs
i just noticed your benching your body weight now, thats amazing man, i just did mine last week. its a good feeling, isnt it? how did you win the transformation of the week, your transformations amazing by the way. but some of them i consider to be not so good but they still win. ive entered like 3times and not won yet. got any tips?
hey mang, good job on being the transformation of the week. As a suggestion though, you should add a leg routine in their as well because they are one of the most important and biggest body part.. Add exercises as simple as Squats, Lunges, and Farmer's walks can do the trick in stimulating leg growth, as well, stimulating lot of Growth Hormone and Testosterone and allowing your other body parts to get bigger at the same time..
Cheers
