When I was a kid, I wanted to gain muscle mass for football. My dad bought me a dumbell set and a book, Joe Weider's Ultimate Bodybuilding. I've been hooked ever since.

hah maybe not hardcore... i want to see results fast? lol, but i'm really just hoping to break some bad habits. this is actually my second attempt, last week was the first and i kinda got off track..definately learned its important to surround yourself with positive ppl.

no, i still have not made a decision on vegas vs new york. I am still debating over the possible benefits of earning my pro card in the IFBB. There seem to be more opportunities in the other organizations.
