How I Started:
I started weightlifting during my freshman year of high school in 2000. I played offensive guard for the football team but was a scrawny 160 pounder. I had to get stronger or I would never crack the starting lineup.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have when I leave the gym. Every time I lift or run, I feel so happy when I'm walking out that I just want to get back in there and do it all over again. Looking reasonably good doesn't hurt either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like being the best at everything I do. I'm not yet at the peak of physical fitness that I can be. That is what drives me.

You can see that I have potential in this picture, but again, my muscles seem too smooth. I'm not defined at all.
I'm at 204 pounds in this picture. I have no idea what my bodyfat is, but I feel pretty lean.

YEAH!I KNOW THAT VIDEO IS OLD.I GOT TO UPDATE IT.I DO 225 LB FULL SQUATS AND UP TO 315LBS.WHEN I GO HEAVIER I TEND TO DO MORE LIKE HALF SQUATS.I USUALLY GET REALLY SORE FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER SO I KNOW I AM HITTING THE QUADS!I WILL WORK ON GOING LOWER THOUGH!THANKS FOR THE COMMENT!
