Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I got started straight out of high school but was never fully dedicated.2009 I got back into the swing of things Jan 2010 working out was delayed due to surgery. I took a year off was to afraid of re injury.While in the hospital my weight dropped to 197 my lowest in years, afterwards I gained 35lbs my higest weight gain ever. Jan 2011 I got determined to get back in shape and have been going hard every since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because its a great way to escape the stress of daily life while getting in shape and better health.

First Blog on BB. I am a 24yrs old male who is interested in finding a serious workout partner. I am currently located in Delaware County,Pa. I recently had surgery so im not looking for extremist but someone who is serious. My cousins started working out with me and fell off track. I am vactioning in Las Vegas the begininng of June and in need of serious exercise. Prior to my sugery I was exercising quite frequently but with a 3month recovery period my endurance level along with strength level has depleted so if you can be of some assitance get back to me. Thanks

Captain Ahab To lose those 30 lbs I suggest you eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day, that includes protein shakes, lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week you will see your bodyfat shrinking and your muscles expanding.
