What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
First mistakes was never warming up, never stretching, and improper form. I learned later on how important it was when I had a tricep tear. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Tip? Warm up with a few light sets. Lighten the weight and lose the ego. Concentrate on perfect form and full contractions (squeeze).

OOps, I thought you were in Texas! I got the form for the Cutler show and I think I will just go do masters figure. Crossing into open is a pain because you go on stage 2x as much. Guess I will see you there.
