I do vinyl wallcovering, alot of it is aerobic w/some heavy lifting. I only work about 2-3 days a week on avg. so i workout mostly on my off days. I definately attribute the bulking to lifting heavy and 5k+ calories a day. what exercises do you do for you chest?

Right now im eating clean and about 1500 less cals a day and higher reps before my next bulk. Favorite bulking supp is serious mass works great! Hows training for you bro?

Training is going pretty good. I stopped taking gainer and lost a couple of lbs of fat with no cardio. Your back is awesome man what do you do for you back routine?

Wow Bob that is incredible! Right now my muscles are groing and my weight has gone down about 2 lbs in the last month. I bought the dessicated liver tabs (awsome deal on 500). Noticing that having a spotter makes my muscles 2x as pumped. whats your take on doing either high reps or low reps for me and slow or fast? eating every 2 hours seems to work best for me. should i worry about keeping my bf under 10% while bulking?

My problem with muscle juice(bought 2 tubs wish i didnt) is that it is nothing but sugars. I use serious mass which has worked well for me because i think the carbs are more complex than sugar carbs. Good luck on you bulking!

Damn man an ince in about 4 months is impressive. how bout the legs make sure those are growing too! Things have picked back up for me i have a workout partner which really has sped up the amount i grow and lift. im doing a 3 day split every 5 days which seems to be working the best for me. Keep on adding those inches up man!
