How I Started:

Why I Love It:
Well I have a respatory problem called cystic fibrosis and it kicks my ass if I don't.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results keep me motivated (health, mental and physical)
Bob has really tweaked my whole regimine for maximum results. He has a lot of passion for this sport and has been willing to spend the extra time to teach me!
Today is my workout day, I have been doing 2 full body workouts every 7 days. I have been trying to eat at least 5k calories a day lately. Thanks to a product called serious mass which helps me get in the extra 2k a day i need. So I have been basically eating 800 to 1000 calories 6 times...
Wow,
That's amazing progress for only training 2-3 days a week. But seriously great cuts.
For chest I do things like:
weighted dips, inclined dumbell presses, pullovers across a bench supersetted with dumbell flat presses, lower pec machine.
Essentially my chest goals are developing the upper chest a lot and getting the fat off the outer chest. (See my 1st progress pic).
Keep in touch!

Good to hear now it's time to cut! I'm actually trying to gain a lot of thickness as well as width to my back right now so i'm working it harder than ever. Most of my workouts consist of heavy deadlifts, rows, and weighted pullups!
Nick thought I'd drop a note to see how your training is going. let me know, I'm getting ready for a show in December. I'm going to have the craziest back. last week I deadlifted 315 27 times one set. I was barely sore the next day. hope to hear from you soon take care, Bob
Hi mate. Im sorry to hear that your work is slow, the way the economy has gone this year who can say otherwise. As for your fitness routine, im glad that your applying yourself toward strenght and size. My end pretty routine loosing weight first and then dabbing at various routines and equipment at the gym, happy i am. stay fit
