Baconcop Hey man amazing body and transformation! I wanted to ask you, is doing biceps twice a week in your obviously knowledgable opinion, optimal? I do let's say monday: Barbell curl 4 sets x 8-12 reps Concentration curl 4 sets x 8-12 reps Preacher curl 4 sets x 8-12 reps And 2-3 sets x 4-6 pullups. And *repeat* the same on let's say saturday?
