How I Started:
I started working out when I was 13, but lost track of it all.. I got back into it in November 2007.. I started at home, with light weights, a stationary bike and resistance bands.. I purchased a gym membership and started working out there in late December 2007.
Why I Love It:
I feel great all the time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch a lot of weight loss/fitness shows on TV, and I read a lot of people's journeys online.
BB Accomplishments:
In January 2008 when I was measured at the gym I was 110 lbs and 10% bodyfat.. not very muscular but I was impressed by my low %!

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Right now, I go for a 20 minute walk on Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday. I am upping that to a half hour walk as of the week of June 22nd, and will continue until I am walking an hour 3 days a week.
When Xander begins eating solids, I will start doing 20 mins-Treadmill, 20 mins-Bike, 20 mins-Cross Trainer.. this will stil be three days a week, but much more intense then just casually walking.Right now, I go for a 20 minute walk on Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday. I'm feeling the tat!! I have none but am fascinated. Maybe when i reach some of my fit goals. Do your squats and you'll easily achieve your goal. Watch Your quads consume bodyfat. Keep it peace!!
