Food glorious food!!   Like I mentioned in a previous post, I love to eat, and cutting out sweets and breads and fats has been tough...BUT, I've discovered some pretty amazing recipes for protein bars, protein cake, protein this, protein that.  Yum.  The majority of the recipes I've found on BB.com, but I've been experimenting and creating my favorite family recipes, just making them healthier.  Might I just say, why is broccoli so friggin expensive all the sudden??!! ... RBeck_101 hey there! thank you very much :) Last July I placed 2nd in the Novice division. Towards the last few weeks I followed a low-carb plan. You will notice that women tend to shed lots of bf with that mealplan (but it sucks big time going thru it) Again the last few weeks involved 5 days weights/ 6 days cardio w/ 1 hr slow (no sprints or fast pace). Just to note - I was waaaay underweight for my comp. Going to do it on my own this year :) W/ Lee's help of course! Jun 14, 2011 11:50am
