Food glorious food!! Like I mentioned in a previous post, I love to eat, and cutting out sweets and breads and fats has been tough...BUT, I've discovered some pretty amazing recipes for protein bars, protein cake, protein this, protein that. Yum. The majority of the recipes I've found on BB.com, but I've been experimenting and creating my favorite family recipes, just making them healthier.
