When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
I've been working out in one form or another since I was 18. I was never really serious, just wanted to stay fit. I started running distance races about 2 years ago and just can't get rid of the flab. Yes, I eat like a horse and I eat anything I want. I'm ready to change that though. I want to eat healthy and not drink so much beer!
I want to fit into a size 2. I range anywhere from 18% and 25% bodyfat. I'm sick and tired a being "soft". I'm ready to make some changes to actually get the body I know I'm meant to have.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing all the beautiful bodies and transformations on this site keeps me motivated.
Do 10 pull-ups. Bring my body fat down to 12%. Love my body.
Goal (Long):
I'd love to be able to do 10 unassisted wide grip pull ups. For me it's a lofty goal. I know it can be done and by the end of 2009, I'll be able to do it. In my training to achieve the 10 pull-ups, I want to reduce my body fat to 12%. With having reduced my body fat, I know I'll be able to look in the mirror at myself and be totally satisified with the results of my hardwork.

All the other times I tried to make changes to my lifestyle and workout/diet habits it was almost torture. Why would that be? Maybe because I really didn't know what I wanted. Now my...
