How I Started:
In high school, I took a weightlifting class and that kind of introduced me to the weights. In college, my soccer coach said in the offseason of my freshman year that I was too small, lol, and needed to get a little bigger. So, I hit the weights, and have been doing in ever since!!!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because it allows me to set goals and try to accomplish those goals. It also keeps me in shape and gives me a lot of energy for the work week.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'd have to say going from 130 lbs., if that, in high school to a lean 175 lbs. as of today. I just want to keep progressing by adding muscle and no fat.I always challenge myself before every workout. I have a workout log I keep for each workout and try to challenge myself from my previous workouts.
