How I Started:
always worked out on and off,but have been on since last summer.i max out at about 200,but lately im trying to stay on the lower end of my frame,iv been studying muay thai since i was 17,and next fall im going to thailand to try and take my game to the next level.im hoping to compete in thailand also
Why I Love It:
i have to be in shape anyways,and i like the idea of having more strength at 180 than most

the mirror lol jk,strength increase,reaching goals,people asking me for advice advice about working out

got my bench over 200,got my squats over 300,i have very good conditioning/endurance

hey man ... I will PM you soon but for now my routine is on my page I (try to ) do cardio 5 days a week 30 minutes on treadmill with each lift. could you PM me your routine that you do ? Thanks do much
This last week has been stress. Been finals and my eating was next to non-existent. I put a pants on that use to stay up and it was falling off. Think I lost like 2 lbs and 1 inch off my waist. Last final is today. Then i get to binge and try to put back on whatever I lost.
