This was take of me in highschool, im the nerd in the middle smiling all cheesy.
I have observed hundreds of people in the gym that strictly perform 30-60 minutes of cardio, 3 5x per week, for at least a year resulting in the same old physique. If this sounds like your type of program, you will find out why you did not achieve the results that you are looking for. ...
Well now I'm taking the Juggernaut, from infinite labs. That keeps you pump. Those pictures from the show, that was all diet and no supplements. A no carb diet.
Those sound good! Yeah, tilapia is pretty healthy. Ya see, your mama was taking care of you guys ;) I like Georgia, Atlanta is where i was born. I'm a Grady baby...lol.
Yeah, i pretty much stay strict. I have my occasional slip ups, but they are minor. Mostly eating tilapia fish. its the lowest in fat for fish that i have heard and its the least fishiest tasting.
Hi Peter. All is good, somethings got cut out for me and the diet has been changed up a bit. Good, cause i was getting tired of eating the same old day in and day out!
