My Workout Program

I have a pretty basic workout. It consists of 2 muscles per day with 3 - 5 exercises per muscle. I got this program from bodybuilding.com and it is working. I work out for sports and personal purposes to make me look and feel good about my body

My Diet

My diet consists of roughly 5 meals a day i try to eat every 2-3 hours but sometimes im busy. I dont eat particularly healthy I eat a lot of SUBWAY (Come at me endorsements) and junk food but i make sure i have a healthy big breakfast in the morning a good dinner, good quality supplements and lots of fruit.

Supplements: I like to keep it simple and safe so I take Protein, Creatine and Fish Oils
