My diet consists of roughly 5 meals a day i try to eat every 2-3 hours but sometimes im busy. I dont eat particularly healthy I eat a lot of SUBWAY (Come at me endorsements) and junk food but i make sure i have a healthy big breakfast in the morning a good dinner, good quality supplements and lots of fruit.
