How I Started:
I started working out in September of 2005 ranging my workouts to 3 days a week. And also during that time I started a weight loss program through Nutrisystem and lost 65 pounds in 8 months. Now,I workout 5 days a week and recently started body building over this summer. I discovered muscles I didn't realize were there and now I want more tone and definition.
Why I Love It:
I love to body build and workout because I feel healthy inside and out. My clothes looks why much better than they did in the past. I look to shop and now I can shop anywhere I want!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through different weight loss communities I join and many friends I have made through out my weight loss journey. I also stay motivated by giving myself new goals to obtain and not letting my clothes get tight or too small ever again!

I first want to lose 10-15 more pounds of fat in turn gaining more muscle before December 25th.
Goal (Long):
I have been heavy most of my adult life until I found Nutrisystem in September of 2005 to help re-learn how to eat healthy again. As a result I lost 65 pounds in 8 months and I have been maintaining the loss ever since then. My new goal I have given myself is to lose an additional 10-15 pounds of fat so that I can build a lean figure to enjoy next summer. I am also building a desire to compete in the future after I have been so inspired my many people here on this and other sites too. So, first things first, I am going to lose this extra fat and get firm!!

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
