I played basketball in highschool. What can I say, everybody wants to dunk the ball.
I must also admit that I was a cheerleader in college. Believe it or not, you have to be well conditioned to pull off stunts. I liked the challenge.

My workout partner and my ever increasing opportunities and ability outside on the trails, etc.
I want the strength and endurance to run the marathons in Chicago, New York and Boston. I also want to do an ultra, and after that, tackle the mountains.

Hi Nick, I am training for a purpose to be able to run a marathon. I've accomplished the 5k...now moving on to the 10k. I've always hated running, but now it helps me relieve so much stress...and got this 40y.o. gal back in shape. Good luck reaching that goal
