When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: I had grown tired of being overweight. I saw an infomercial for P90X, and that got me started working out.
Why I Love It: It has allowed me to do things I never thought possible
How I Stay Motivated: By training for triathlons, spending time with my family, and helping coach others to health and fitness.
BB Accomplishments: Lowering my BP into normal range.
Lowering my Body fat from 31% to 8%.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle by January 2009, and reduce my bodyfat to 6%.
Goal (Long): I want to live a live of health and fitness and help others do the same. I want to compete in triathlons, marathons, go rock climbing, and be able to do anything I desire!

Congratulations on your progress. That's very impressive. I'm currently at about 32% bf and want to get down to around 8% so your profile is inspiring. Good job!
