Well heres me at 209lbs still working hard on my lower chest area and i know theres still some more bodyfat to lose. Im still going to continue to train my upper body for now. Hopefully in afew weeks time be able to train my legs. Im still carrying my injured and torn hamstring But its all good. Kia kaha Haere kia mura which means be strong keep moving forward

well those are my recent pics of my legs taken on the 4th of May 2009 Ive not been able to train on my legs or do cardio for 6 weeks after tearing my hamstring. But Now my hamstring and legs are 100% better now

Just leaning up abit more im currently 208lbs i gain a kilogram or two. Not quite sure whether its muscle or not. But im trying so hard to work my weak areas like chest and legs . I will be posting legs next week. Just looking forward to starting back with Elise firestone my online personal trainer I know she can take me to the next level. Im still along way off but ive been working so hard and continue to do so with the support of family and close friends and most of all you guys from my bodyspace too God Bless you all and happy training aswell

i was at 204 lbs but ive gain afew more Lbs im now 206lbs like im not sure whether its muscle mass im going to stop weighting myself just use BF cappilliers and instead of scales my bodyfat is still at 16% anywayz just looking forward to starting back with elise firestone and following her great advice im sure she will get me looking in the best shape possible well before my very first bodybuilding competition on October 10th 2009 in New zealand

This is me at 211 lbs and 16% bodyfat and i was originally 204lbs But my BF is still the same. Im not sure whether ive gain afew pounds of lean muscle mass . Im still training and working hard towards my bodybuilding competition well get into the best possible shape I can be. Im 171.4 lbs and 8.6 % Bodyfat I hope to get to 6% or under in 2 weeks if possible . Regardless of results im a winner overcoming illness such as cancer and losing a beloved mum too breast cancer. Tomorrow will be her anniversary of her passing.
