I started way back in 2003. During that time i was brutally assault which lefted me with major head injuries. Which i still suffer today from injuries substain from my terrible beatings with temper and anger control most effected. Theres more to this story after suffering these terrible injuries to the head. Little did i know and the doctors at the time found that i had a tumour growing on the left side of my face below the ear. I had to under go radiotherapy treatment for my cancer aswell as dealing with the brain injuries aswell. After going through the treatments for cancer and brain injury. My mum was diagnose with breast cancer about a year later she wanted to keep it from us and it was very heart breaking for all of us as a family. My mum nurse me through my cancer and brain injury. After losing my mum in 2006 and me having cancer and wondering why God had taken my mother. I fell into deep depression and food was my only escape and i gain over 66lbs over 2 years after my mum had died. I felt terrible and worthless until my 6 year old nephew turned me around. He wanted that 198lbs john cena uncle back and not the old big show guy that i was before i started this journey in November 2008.
Why I Love It:
The reason why i love to workout is to have the feeling of being strong and fit. And for my self esteem to be lifted again after what ive been through these pass years other people who found themselves in the same situation as i was in wouldve given up already, But having a loving family mum and dad and my sister and 3 brothers. They kept me going and the lord jesus christ aswell and that strong spiritual bond that my family had with him one on one
How I Stay Motivated:
Firstly God hes my driving force and my faith that he taught me.I stay motivated by remembering my mum . My mum drives me even though she has passed on. She wouldnt want me to quit so im not going. Then theres all you guys and my friends you guys drive me too. . so why should i quit on all you guys. so im not going to . Life is too short and its like a merry go just has many twist & turns and its our ability to go through the tough times makes us stronger.Theres always light after darkness. Well God Bless You all And Happy training

Thanks man! Yeh that isn't a bad idea at all to stagger your calorie intake like that. Should help add mass without too much fat. You did awesome if you got down to 8% bf! That is shredded!
It's going good, I have been having some issues with the bum knee but I deal with it the best I can. I think it is possible but not an easy task. It takes very slow and gradual calorie increases along with sound supplementation to keep the body anabolic. Branched chain amino acids work wonders for that!
