My summer lifting went pretty well i gained about 20 lbs and still am pretty lean still got the six pack i'm about 200lbs right now and i have 8 more months on my bulk until about march. I plan on goin into my competion 205 shredded like crazy probably about 5% bodyfat. I'm looking to Win...

yep! Its a pro-qualifer for the wnbf. I was told I was 2nd over all but the only place that matters is first ;) All I can do is improve and bring my best next year. Best of luck with all of your training!
