How I Started:
Sports & football. I feel like I've always had a muscular body. Even when I was a kid I had biceps. After football in high school I figured that I should take advantage of my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the progress & the atmosphere of the gym. I can't work out at home for some reason.
How I Stay Motivated:
Desire & seeing other people progress and wanting to be on their level.

Defined six pack with less body fat & larger more defined triceps.

Goal (Long):
[1/3/09] I'm going to continue the cardio that I do at the gym & eat less fattening foods. Continue to do incline/decline bench press. I also want to learn better chest & tri workouts.

I had stopped taking that a while back although when I was on it I felt good. Honestly, I don't feel you need to buy this product though. You can get away with a Post Protein shake that offers BCAA's in the shake itself.
