Goal (Long):
I would like to compete in a natural contest in 2009. I have a long way to go and I am very competitive. That is a realist goal for me.
I am starting with an online trainer to design a workout and nutrition plan for me and make changes as I change.
I am going to take monthly pictures of my progress as well as keep a journal.
I have started and stopped a million times over. It is time for me to start succeeding.

I am doing this program as per my trainer. It has been a long time since I tested my body consistantly. I also recently quit smoking. All opinions are appreciated.

I know I would set "baby step" goals. I know if My short goal was a year and a half away, I would be a little daunted. But thats just me.
