How I Started:
I never lifted weights a day in my life until January 2007. I weighed in at almost 250 lbs and was sick of being overweight. I felt awful all the time and knew it was time for a life change.
Why I Love It:
Working out does two things for me:
1. Helps me de-stress.
2. Makes me continually more confident with the way I feel and look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've had problems with falling in & out of motivation. I ran across this website and fell in love with it. I know it will be a tool that will help me stay on track this time ... for good.
