How I Started:
Quite simply, i was getting fat, out of shape. and this would affect my health eventually. so i decided to be healthier and look good at the same time
Why I Love It:
Every workout makes me feel alive and energized. watching the body change is an amazing experience
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my transformation as a road trip. i know there will be speed bumps, but also great stretches of open road. but with the great friends on BB that share a common goal, its easy and fun. after all a road trip is only as good as the great company, sharing good and bad times. And when you reach your destination, its the best feeling ever.

I was inactive for over 5 years, eating anything without a care. When i started getting fat, i used my thyroid condition and the side effects of epilepsy meds as justification. Then 1 morning it dawned on me, i was just becoming a fat slob...i went to the local gym and signed up. had a few sessions with a personal trainer to kick start the change. I've not missed a workout since. I wan t to transform my body. Get to 90kg's , and 6-8% bodyfat, or less. Just be lean and strong
