I used to follow the BFL split, but due to the huge amount of time spent in the gym/day, I switched to the following split.

Day1: Chest, shoulders and arm

Day2: Back and abs

Day3: Legs

Day4: Chest, shoulders and arms

Day5: Back and abs

Day6: Legs

Day7: Rest
