as you can see from my pic iam the one in the red shirt by the way.i do a lot of running but have decided would like to bulk up and change my body.have only been working out with weights for about three weeks now but already seeing changes .
Why I Love It:
love the buzz you get from a work out realy makes me feel good and i could do anything .
How I Stay Motivated:
sites like this realy help me and just looking at how iam at movment and how i want to be keeps me motivated.

yes i do think i tell them to much my close friends sometime give me the look as to say if he says the word gym or fitness one more time iam leaving .

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
take pictures of how you are now then as you start to change it will keep you motivated.iam only just starting my change but can see the differance in my self already.
just want to say went to a gnc livewell store in bristol england today and the staff are just awsome .iam a bit nerves when i go in stores like that as iam just starting out but had no need to be as the staff and manager were just amazing .so just want to say to anyone thinking buying supps...
that is great!! when is your next run?? Do you find it hard to weight train while running? I did. My body today responds to high intensity sprints better than the long haul. So, whats next?

Thanks for stopping by my profile today :> I used to be a runner in my 20's, tried to run a marathon but only made 15 miles :(. So I gave it up for gaining mass. Have a great weekend :)
