My Motivation Program

My number one passion right now is running. While most people wouldn't consider what I do as running (It takes me more than ten minutes to run a mile), criticisms won't deter me from my goals. As of this past weekend I've completed 53 races and intend to do at least two dozen more by the end of this year.

What newme36 Is Up To

newme36 created a new BodyBlog entry "Update: KETOSIS and a new place".

So I've moved across the country per Uncle Sam's call. This move has been the best thing that's happened to me for a variety of reasons:  I don't know anyone so I have more time to focus on ME. No one really lifts at the accessible gym I have so the weights are all available pretty much all of the times I go to the gym. Since I don't have a military gym nearby, I get a free gym membership that would have cost me 74 bucks a month (SCORE!!) I have also started a ketogenic diet and am... Go to BodyBlog
