dec 19th, jan 2nd, jan 11th. i dont work out back or shoulders specifically. i do some pullups on chest/tri days. thats it,but its here i see the most progress... i told ya its the swimming poppin up from years ago :)

I know the second one is really fuzzy, but you can still see a lot of progress.

top 11jan, 26jan. -BIG-BREAK- bottom 1apr, 11apr. I don't really work abs at all. only recently have I begun doing a few sets on the ab machine & do a few oblique sets while doing back hyperextensions.
