I was in need of some new inspiration after falling off the wagon for a few months (umm, like 7). Anyways, looking at your progress pics, I saw you lost quite a bit in a 4 month period around May - Jul 2008. I found I was pretty successful with a strict 'eating plan' and weight regimen... I'm sure yours is similar. Would you be willing to send me a a snapshot of a day of your diet around then? I tried to PM you, but you're full. if you're gonig to respond, Plz PM. its been SOOO LONG since ive been on here. and just as long since I've been working out hard. but I just had to check on you... & YOu're DOING GREAT! your progress is kick ass!!! are you fitting back into the pre-preg jeans from the progress pics yet? u look like u should be & have some space too! you're only an inch taller than me and you look more toned... you don't look like you weigh 170 - that (and the look of your abs) looks like you have a lot of muscle. I'll bet you see results sooner than you expect (& loosing fewer pounds than you think too). Welcom to BB.com & good luck from one service member to another :)

great progress pics. i can def see a diff. i just got back from leave, and SERIOUSLY slaacked.im gonna re-start this week. having a hard time (personal guilt) w/the weaning ... esp b.c babe is teething, nut def lookingfwd to my new body. hows the HXY cut treating you? jitters? moody?

i saw your 'scared to take before pics' note in the hydroxycut group. You and I are both the same age, ht, & wt... so we can be back-to-better-than-pre-baby-body-buddies. I suggest you take the pics but just save them, and not post them till later in the contest, when you're feeling better about your progress.

i saw your comment in the HXYCT chal. group - that you'd just started the HXYCT & were feeling a little shaky. I haven't started mine yet but have had a enough jitteryness in the past to keep me from taking fatburning supps. Did you start w/ the full dose? and do you drink caffine normally? I'm trying to gague my rxn.

based on yur progress pics - 15lbs of muscle in 2 months is pretty damn good. I'm sure you'll meet your new goal... plus, now that I know it can be done, I'll be more ambitious with my muscle gain goals (instead of just my fat loss ones).

man - my weekend sucked. fever for 3 days... didnt go to the gym for 4 days. :( today is gonna be my first one back, im half not motivated, and not looking forward to it. how was your weekend?

no i dont do triathalons yet. I've always wanted to though, for right now, I'm just a former swimmer who runs/jogs. I want to continue running but havent found many on here who do both bodysculpting & running.

that really sucks about your treadmil... have you considered running outside (bundled up of course) - it takes a LOT more motivation (I know, I did it in winter06), but if you run mid-day usually its a little warmer.
BTW, your progress is great!

how's things going for yu in this contest? I havent started my hdxycut yet- just got it in the mail, but just starting on weaning to cereal :(. I'm excited but don't want to rush it.
