How I Started:
Stopped weight loss because I was doing it far too fast and not really learning. Round two is for the muscles I never had.
Why I Love It:
I know when I feel good and the feeling of strength. I like fashion and what better than having the a body to dress it up.
How I Stay Motivated:
transformation initially but to maintain it and see diversity of body shapes. I hate slow movers.

To stay at a constance. Must train to eat less when not working out and eating set meals when working out. I dont need so much fat on my thighs. I love people, working and being in top shape it gives me so many advantages. Having a new me?
