I weighed 203lbs and was 5 foot 4 in 2004. i got fed up with being fat and lost around 50 lbs. I was down to 143 after 2 months at my lowest and LOVED the muscle building and strength part, and have not given up on it yet. Since august 07 i have been training hard, and am finally seeing results in strength and size.
