I am no stranger to working out from high school sports to military to a law enforcement agency. Adult life, children, relationships, career, took me through the weight rollercoaster. So last year, I made the decision of when to retire, I have about 4 years. With that on the horizon, question was how do I want to look, what to I want to be doing? I wanted to be in better shape. I started with Weight Watchers and was very successful, then cardio. After a trip to a fitness competition last June, I saw the potential for myself to look that way and so the journey starts.
