I Actually started working out for Martial arts, Basketball and Softball in High school. I was also on the High school physical fitness team. I have always loved working out. But I let peer pressure and other elements keep me from doing it. Now all I have to say is.."I'MMMM BACCKKKKK!!!!!!"
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how my body changes. I love how the love of my life looks at me when my body changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. Knowing that I am in control of this. Only I can stop me from reaching my goals.
2. Seeing the way the love of my life looks at me, (she is loving the changes)
3. Knowing that every few months, someone who has not seen me in awhile is going to say, "oh my God, How did you do it?"

Hey Girl! Thanks as I hope recovery is speedy as well. Never had REAL stitches like this. Never saw my flesh wide open like this. Hah...teaches me to be more "in-control" and not to lose my cool. :-(
Eating clean is just as important as working out (if not more). I admire you for eating clean while taking your gym break. That's not easy to do Nikki...great job! I updated my page this past weekend.
