i've been wanting to get back into the shape i was when i got married. my husband picked me up a womens fitness and i've been goin since.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good and i know when i get into that shape i want then i will turn heads and feel good looking in the mirror
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing if i work hard i will get great results and thinkin about the day i might have kids and how i don't want to be the mom that can't keep up.

I would like to see ab formation in my stomache. and muscle tone in my legs without getting bulky.
Goal (Long):
I have thicker legs naturally so i don't want to build alot of muscle because then they would be huge. i want to tone them with leaner muscle, and thin them down. i want to get rid of the lower pooch as i call it on my stomache and start to for actual ab muscles. i would like arm def all over. i just want to feel femine and in shape. I want to be that slim waist toned body that looks great on the arm of my man. i would love to lose at least 15lbs by April but all in all i really want to lose about 20 lbs.

Workout Program:
P90X workout, Mon Wed Fri i always include abs into my routine. Mon i am doing shoulders and Biceps, tues heavy cardio, Wed chest and back, thurs heavy cardio, Fri Legs and back, every other saturday intense stretch more then normal. after the 4th week i'll switch up according to the planner.

Hey there! Thanks for the compliments :) Sorry it took me a bit to get a reply back. I don't think you're that far off from my size. I fluctuate in weight quite a bit actually! If you can't afford to go back to the gym, try renting new workout dvd's or buy some off of e-bay. P90X ROCKS!! I also have ChaLEAN Extreme, and Insanity (all from beach body). But I have a pretty big library of videos that I get off of e-bay. It helps keep me from getting bored in the winter when I don't like braving the elements to go to the gym! :-)

I had to stop taking the Hydroxcut too. My system just couldn't handle them! I'm not worried though, because I am still working like I am in the contest. I have been doing the P90X workouts and love them! I'm seeing great changes and they keep me challenged! How are things going with you?

Hey there... I am still taking one of the hydroxycut pills in the a.m. but for my second dose I am taking MX-LS7 and I like it SO much! I don't get the jitters from it! I am only taking one per day in the afternoon, but I don't get the same problems that I had with the Hydroxycut when I would take it in the afternoon. I will be bumping up to two in the afternoon in a couple of days.

Hey there... I'm having the same problems with taking the Hydroxycut. I can only take one tablet once per day. I wouldn't focus on that. Just focus on eating cleaner and working out. It takes 6 - 8 weeks for things to start kicking into high gear!

Hey there. I saw your bodygroup post about the irritability with Hydroxycut Max. I have the same problem! Plus, I can't seem to get past the jitters/nausea and I am only taking 1 per day at this point! The other thing I noticed is that I am breaking out a lot more than normal for me. I'm starting to think I will have to stop taking it. :-(
