How I Started:
Well when I was young I always had that drive kinda an itch I am sure some know where I am coming from. I had the drive to start and the endurance to continue as I get older but also smarter
Why I Love It:
I call it my personal cocaine per say. Love the feel I get. Enjoy seeing gains and love the atmosphere
How I Stay Motivated:
Not really sure how I like the energizer bunny I have to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
More power-lifting squatted 550 at 185lbs and dead lifted the same. Bench was weak back then. This was years ago if i knew now what I did then I would have competed. Now I am around 225 just stronger
