How I Started:
After giving birth to three amazing children, I decided it was time to move myself back up the list of priorities. I recommitted to eating clean and working out hard to get my body transformed and be a healthy, happy, and sexy mom.
Why I Love It:
Working out is my outlet. Its the place where I can focus on myself and my goals and on making myself a better all around person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at old pictures and realizing that now I not only look better but I feel better and I love feeling strong and healthy.

This was my starting point six months after giving birth to my third child. I was close to 200lbs and ready to make a big change and get healthy.
Getting there.. still working hard. Give me 12 weeks to reach my final goal! stay tuned..

Goal (Long):
I would like to get in the best shape of my life and be an inspiration to other moms that want to be happy and healthy and break the mold of the overweight frumpy mom. Moms can be hot and sexy and do it all..
I would love to appear as a transformation story in a few select magazines to inspire others, especially other moms that are struggling with the same issues I was.
You look so amazing!! I don't have that much to lose, but being a Mom means, having junk food and "kid" food in the house and it's soooo tempting. Also, seems like every time i try to workout....they need something. How long did it take you to get in such good shape?
Well, I don't take any supps but the best advice for keeping your lean muscle is to get .7-1.0 g/protein per lb of bodyweight...make sure you're eating 5-6 x/day...so spread out the protein for each meal...
