Keep challenging yourself and you will get where you want to go. The real secret, if you want to call it that is eating 5 or 6 clean, small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals a day, (2 or 3 can be shakes) working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I used the Body for Life program and found it great for building muscle as well as leaning out. You might want to give it a look-see. I wish you success.
