Thanks for the add :) My Chest workout is nothing other than the usual things but i add Dumbbell flies to stimulate new growth, i do floor presses instead of doing bench presses on a bench this to improve my chest and increase my bench press stats, and finally i do the Lying Dumbbell Pullover as a way to tune up the Shoulders, Delts and Upper Chest...
