What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Motivation(is really a double-edged sword)& over training, you get stronger and your muscles get bigger so you start adding more weights that you can't handle then you end up hurting yourself.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Upper Left Back, Left Traps, Left back Shoulderi am still injured for more than 8 months :(

forget your waist definition without cardio and hard diet..you can ask everything about BB.i will try to help you with all my experience..have a nice sunday...
hi marko...thanks for your comment.i readed your supplement listing,workout ...i suggest to you to use some fat burning supplement(i tried many but i think that LIPO6X(NUTREX) or HOT ROX EXTREME(BIO TEST)are really good but you should follow a hard diet for your waist line and doing cardio:45-60 minutes biking is my favourite(just after workout).
