So how is it harrasment when they pull you over? If your good they let you go. Most of the time the police are looking for dui/ drugs /people with warrants. I have a difficult time beleiving that you were assulted and they police didnt make an arrest. If there is suffiecent evidence then they make an arrest. I hope your relationships with your local PD change for the better. God bless you brother
