Kind of been messing around since 1996 with the weights,off and on(more off), but didn't know what I was doing and start getting consistent until May, 2005
Why I Love It:
Great feeling pushing weights
Enjoy the atmosphere and the challenge
Diet is my biggest challenge, but I just about have that nailed down pretty good
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifting is the easy part.
I love it.
Staying away from fast food is the hard part

been setting PR's every workout, despite being in a caloric deficit
I think this has to do with my nutrition being in check. I have never ate this good in my life. Protein is over 200 every day for the last 40 days. Fiber is averaging 30 grams. And fats are being restricted 15-20%...
