Overall Goal: My goal is to get down around 170lbs. I would love to get all my meds and be able to live an active life without having to worry about my sugar.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I got high bp and diabetes that I want to get under control so I can get off of these freaking meds.
Why I Love It:
Fell off of the wagon and gained about 25lbs. Up to 290 at the end of 07 and my diabetes was getting the best of me. As of December 08 I am down to 250lbs...Hope to keep it off this time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Do it or die. It is hard to stay motivated! I need help bad. I don't have money for a trainer and none of my friends work out.

Goal (Long):
For the passed 5 years I have been around 290. I cut back on the amount I was eating and got down to 265 and stopped. So I am putting it into 2nd gear. Started working out at a gym, and I am useing meal replacements to get in more high quality protein. I am trying to train myself not to be hungery all the freaking time. Pizza is my biggest weakness. I have been know to eat a large by myself at one setting.
She is so awesome. to go from a chubby geek, to a mega hot model. you have got to love that. I hope she rubs her hotness in all the people that looked down on her in life because of her weight.
I change my diet alittle. I am going to eat 500-1000 cals on the weekends but i am going to stick to the 0-500 cals M-F. i got so freaking hungry this weekend at the house watching football. so i made up my mind to eat alittle so i would not crack and eat everything i can get my...
