in highschool i lifted for football in a class the coaches made all of us take but i never took it seriously...just recently..about the past year..i've gotten serious about it
Why I Love It:
i love it because it makes me feel good. gives me a feeling of accomplishment and there is no bullshit that comes with it..you get what you put in
How I Stay Motivated:
flex..bodybuilding videos..my workout partners..seeing new veins pop up that i never had..or new striations..and looking in the mirror and never being satisfied!

95% of the younger guys here are 5'10 and 140 pounds... They NEED that stuff man. Not in excess but they need caloric dense foods. The ones here trying to lose weight... well lets just hope there not too big of dumbasses to realize its not directed towards them...

Honestly not at all. All depends on how much fat you hold in the offseason. For some people they just get too fat, I never let myself get too high on the bodyfat scale. If I start to pack on too much increase fiber + water and eat cleaner + drop the insulin and i lean up quickly.

Actually yes. Look at Ruhl, processed food is actually a staple in his diet. You can't consume 8K+ calories a day eating clean. Physically impossible to eat that much volume. Quite in my signature is actually from Ian Harrison about the McDonalds etc... Turned IFBB pro mid 20s. Cholestrol isn't a concern for the serious competitor, size is.

Says the 160 pound kid. Alot of my eating programs come from actual IFBB pros and individuals like Gavin Kane and Charles Glass... Not the teen section on bb.com...
