How I Started: i've always done it off and on, mainly for fitness. Never really been into the weights side of things.
Why I Love It: I just generally love the feel of being exhausted the morning after a hard session of football/ fitness in a gym. since i have started bringing weights into my training on a regular basis the feeling of a good stretch out and the extra impact it brings to my sports is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated: usually i give myself little personal goals.

Goals:
Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): I want to reduce my bodyfat while increasing strength
Goal (Long): As i've recently joined a football(soccer) team i have found it necessary to increase strength due to the physical nature of the new style of game. I want to shed off all un-necessary weight while building more muscle to help with teh physical side of it, explosive power, strength and stamina are very important.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 14 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%
Upcoming Contest: Soccer Team season 2007/2008

Time for running? Sometimes it is hard but, over all it has just become part of my life style. It didn't take to long to build up to 3 miles just stick with it!
