I originally started working out when I was 17. I entered in a handful of powerlifting competitions. I have been off and on in the gym for some time now and it wasn't until I actually took a look around at the regulars at the gym and noticed their changes. It was time for mine.

Starting out.

okay, like me, you are not posessing too many curves, so you have to build some. I think you , like me, lack estrogen and have more testosterone and can build muscle. I am going to do both figure and bb someday!
