Grasshopper! Just got back from a very nice beach vacation where I didn't do much of anything at all...just played all day. Sigh...it was delightful. Back home and hitting it hard at the gym. It's going well. I think the time off was helpful. Hope you're having good days!

Like the profile photo! Hmmmmm...are you finished with drill sergeant school? Shoot...my mom coulda taught that school in her prime. She had Terminator eyes. She could do a sweep (without moving her head), assess a situation, assign blame and come up with punishment in less than a second. Scary. Don't know HOW I came out so unbearably sweet....
