MorethanGUNZ30 Yo man first and foremost I love doing heavy seated dumbell presses, then go into front presses (targets front delts) then into a front/side lateral raise combo, then into some upright rows, but i do them alot with cables, then of course, finishing with a nice set of arnolds...dont forget those rears too, becareful tho and dont go too far back and end up tearing something...let me know if u need more info...go kill them shoulders! 2KZ forgot to say, the bodyweight pull ups are normally as wide as the bar is - so WIDE. I've changed to a slightly more bodybuilder approach to training for the next two months though, not doin track this year so doing the same exercise combo except throw in dumbell pullovers, close grip seated rows and straight arm pull downs (insane burn from them) Jan 28, 2010 7:46am

2KZ Yo, for back I've always had kinda wide lats before training but most my lifting days I do two exercises per muscle group, so back it's normally either heavy rows or weighted pullups at a medium grip as opposed to wide, then once I've done the heavy sets I move on to bodyweight pull ups, usually around 10-12 reps for 4-5 sets depending on how I feel.
