I have been plateauing for months now slowly loosing weight. I know it is supposed to get more tough the closer you get to your goal weight but I know I have not been as disciplined as normal. I have cheated more often and skipped workouts frequently. But starting yesterday I am back on...
You look great. Your training has obviously worked. From where you started to where you are now shows tremendous drive, determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your hard work. Even though you are not finished your fitness journey you are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Remember: At first so many of your dreams seem impossible, then they just seem improbable, and then, through your hard work, they soon become inevitable.
Thanks so much! I'm dedicated yes, or maybe addicted is more like it, lol! I'm doing great, my 2nd comp is coming up in 6 weeks, can't wait!
You're doing so well, don't get discouraged or burnt out, just ease back into it and make it happen, you can do it! When do you start lifting again?

Now, one thing is, you are not eating enough it seems, how much protein?
you are taxing the hell out of your body if you are in the gym that long, my workouts would cut this time down.
Congrats on your progress to date, lets take you one step farther.
